Of course iAssist will format your report in accordance with your own personalised template, so it is no longer necessary to type up reports - or pay to outsource and proof typing. If the tenant is present on site you can also obtain their signature digitally – which eliminates the need for you or your client to send the tenant a hard copy and wait for a returned, signed version.
